Wisp Whelk is a cosmetic mount skin in a pre-order pack.[1]

Most often spotted during the night, some local seers mark their arrival as an omen, while others view them as a herald of bountiful tides. Whether or not these theories hold truth, sitting atop one of these subtly spectral specimens will no doubt leave many a bystander in wonder.[1]
