Clérigo Chains of Restraint ability.[1]

This one's pretty similar to what it was before. It does damage-over-time, so it's a really good- it's pretty much the primary AoE damage tool to Cleric, which isn't really the primary role of the Cleric, but they get some. And it also applies Stagger. So it provides some offensive support. Staggers for example synergizes very well with some Tank abilities, which what it effectively does is extends the duration of a Trip, which is a knock-down. So if you've stacked up a bunch of stagger on an enemy and then trip them, they spend more time hard CCd than if they hadn't been staggered at all.[1]Tradd Thompson

I set it up with Whirlwind and it applies these staggered effects; and Chains of Restraint will stun any targets under the stack of time. So right now that's one particular synergy but as the game continues to come together and you see more and more abilities, there will be all kinds of ways to set up that that outcome.[2]Tradd Thompson

Base skill
Call forth spectral chains in a target area that stagger enemies within or stun enemies already under the staggered effect, then leave behind an area that deals radiant damage each second over 8 seconds.[1][3]
